Cancellation Policy
At Marvin Blake Therapies Limited, we strive to provide the highest standard of care and professionalism to all clients. To ensure the smooth running of the practice and fairness to everyone, we kindly ask that all appointments, including home visits, are paid for in full at the time of booking to confirm your session.
We understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, late cancellations or rescheduling at short notice can significantly impact the availability of appointments for other clients.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This courtesy allows us to offer your appointment time to another client in need.
Please note the following cancellation charges apply:
• In-Clinic Appointments:
• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full appointment fee.
• Home Visit Appointments:
Due to the additional time and travel involved, cancellations or rescheduling for home visits will be subject to:
• 100% of the appointment fee if cancelled within 24 hours.
• A £50 additional fee for rescheduling made within 24 hours, at the clinician’s discretion.
Additional Information for Home Visits
1. Travel Radius: Home visits are available within a [3-mile radius of the practice]. For locations outside this area, please contact us directly to discuss availability.
2. Accessibility: Please ensure your home environment is suitable for the session, including adequate space and facilities. If the session cannot proceed due to unsuitable conditions, the full appointment fee will apply.
3. Delays: If there are unexpected delays due to traffic or access, the clinician will notify you as soon as possible.
Ad Hoc Appointments
We understand that traditional clinic hours may not suit everyone. For clients requiring greater flexibility, Ad Hoc appointments can be offered outside of standard hours working hours at an additional cost.
